£20,500 plus bonus and overtime - Office Support

We are currently recruiting for a highly dedicated and experienced property renting agency in Cardiff with a huge portfolio of Cardiff properties including apartments, flats and houses. They are looking for a full time Administrator to join their team.

You will be required to work to their standard office opening hours which are 10.00-6.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday's 11-2pm. They also offer potential over time throughout the year during busy periods.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting customers.
  • Taking calls from customers, landlords and filtering calls to the relevant department.
  • Dealing with housing enquiries from new interest in properties to current tenant’s queries.  
  • Processing welcome packs to ensure all paperwork has been completed correctly and within a specific timeframe.
  • Scanning, uploading, renaming paperwork, and organising into correct folders.
  • General filling.
  • Verifying guarantors and ensuring they meet the required criteria.  
  • Booking viewings while discussing criteria that need to be met and appointments for both customers and the team.
  • Confirming daily viewings.
  • Logging maintenance and filtering to the correct contractor. 
  • Notice for viewings/inspections.
  • Processing amendments to inventory.
  • Courtesy calls during move in and move outs.
  • Arranging key releases and handover.
  • Requesting deposit payments and assisting the deposit team with the return at the end of tenancy.  
  • Monitoring admin emails and enquiries.
  • Assisting tenants with the Moving in and moving out process.
  • Contacting current tenants regarding renewing at the property.
  • Providing keys to contractors/landlords.
