Clear Choice Recruitment are currently working with one of Cardiff’s most prestigious Property Management companies. They specialise in and block management as well as domestic and commercial property maintenance.

The main responsibility of the Administrator is to assist the team in areas of compliance and to be the initial point of contact for queries from clients and residents.

We are looking for an ambitious, knowledgeable individual who wants to grow with them and share in their success. They are seeking someone ideally with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in either an estate agents or property management company. They want a team player who wants to build a career in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration support to the team
  • Be the initial point of contact for all issues and liaise with the team when required
  • Liaise with contractors and the in-house maintenance team for quotes, to organise works and coordinate access
  • Liaise with leaseholders regarding maintenance items or other issues.
  • Deal with utility suppliers and ongoing bills.
  • Organise sales packs (LPE1’s)
  • Log details of insurance claims and liaise with insurers.
  • Organise and manage keys.
  • Monitor and maintain the compliance register, ensuring that certificates and accreditations are kept up to date and with any required actions.
  • Respond to customer queries via telephone or email.
  • Various admin and taking payments from leaseholders.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30 (no weekends)
