Our client who operates within the healthcare, hygiene and scientific sectors are looking for a proactive and creative Brand and Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of our client’s brand and marketing strategy in a B2B environment. You will help position their brand effectively in the market, deliver high-impact campaigns, and generate awareness and leads across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and evolve the brand across global markets, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
- Localise and adapt marketing strategies for regional markets (USA, Australia, UAE, Europe) while aligning with core brand values.
- Design and implement targeted multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, print, events) for product launches and partner support.
- Create segmented sales flows and email nurture sequences for industries such as healthcare, hospitality, and food service.
- Familiar with various campaign, lead and CRM management platforms like ZoomInfo and GenieAI
- Develop persuasive sales tools including product one-pagers, ROI calculators, presentations, and partner marketing kits.
- Translate technical specifications and scientific data into compelling, audience-friendly messaging.
- Manage development of multilingual user manuals and global product catalogues.
- Lead planning, branding, and execution of major trade shows (e.g., Medica, IPC), including stand design and promotional materials.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience in healthcare, hygiene, or scientific sectors beneficial
- Knowledge of tools such as ZoomInfo, GenieAI, AutoQuotes, Adobe Creative Suite, or HubSpot.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or scientific/technical industries.
- Proven track record in campaign execution, content creation, and brand development.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
- Experience supporting global or multi-regional marketing efforts.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information for various audiences.
- Familiarity with trade show management and digital campaign tracking.
