Bus Engineer - Cardiff

With over 250 vehicles driving around South Wales, they transport thousands of passengers who rely on their service, as such they need to ensure their fleet is well-maintained and in great condition.

As a Bus Engineer you will have the responsibility of maintaining and repairing the fleet of buses and coaches. You will work in the depot servicing, repairing, and maintaining the fleet. You will diagnose vehicle faults, specify the correct method of repair, carry out regular servicing and attend on-road breakdowns.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, servicing and maintenance on buses.
• Carry out inspections, tests and running repairs.
• Comply with health and safety legislation.
• Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
• Maintain records and logbooks.

Requirements:

• A minimum Level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience of working with buses & coaches or HGV vehicles.
• Ability to multi-skill within
