This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller who is experienced using Sage Line 50 and enjoys working as part of a small close knit team.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and queries from customers, emphasizing quality of the call and courtesy to the customer.
- Cash posting and allocation.
- Chasing of debt.
- Invoice queries.
- Raising credit notes & monthly report.
- Opening of new accounts.
- Processing card payments.
- Updating credit limits.
- Checking of purchasing invoices.
- Banking of cheques.
- Scanning, filing & processing confidential documents.
- Quarterly reporting of new accounts.
- Managing companies in administration.
- Proof of Exports.
Requirements:
- Sage Line 50 experience
- A high standard of spoken and written English.
- IT literate with accurate keyboard skills.
- An excellent eye for detail, with good written communication skills, spelling, grammar & punctuation.
- Great listening skills.
