Due to continued growth, they we are thrilled to open a brand-new branch in Newcastle and are looking for an experienced Delivery Driver to join their expanding team.
As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring their customers receive their mobility scooters on time and in perfect condition. You will be the face of the company, delivering exceptional customer service while handling and assembling products where necessary. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering mobility scooters safely and efficiently to customers across the region.
- Ensuring timely and professional delivery while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with the office team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assisting with product assembly and providing basic usage instructions where required.
- Handling goods with care and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and documentation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a delivery driver.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- Strong knowledge of the local area and ability to plan efficient routes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A positive, reliable, and self-motivated attitude.
