Lucid Recruitment are working with a Cardiff based Sales organization to source an Office Administrator at their Cardiff based offices. This role is Permanent and Full Time.
 
The company generate many contracts for their clients daily with, from new business sales, service upgrades or add-ons of their product offering. As a global leader in their field, their offering is always increasing, and their demand is high!
 
This is not a role for the faint hearted, but instead individuals with strong Sales Administration experience, the role will be extremely fast paced and demanding.
 
Duties include:
 
  • Generation of Service Quotes
  • Preparation of User Licenses
  • Generation of Client contracts
  • Upgrade reminder letters
  • Liaising with Appointment setters and communicating appointments to Field Sales reps
  • Social Media Communications
  • General office administration as required
