We are currently working on behalf of a very well-established company who offer the supply and hire of safety equipment within the construction industry. They require an experienced Sales Executive to join their growing team.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Processing Sales Orders for the Sales Team.
- Raising Quotes.
- Updating delivery dates and raising order confirmations.
- Ensuring that goods are delivered on time.
- Liaise with customers regarding delays due to manufacture/stock.
- Pro-actively addressing any queries before they become an issue
- Advising customers of equipment due for service (via email, telephone & letter).
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads
- Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and document customer interactions.
- Handling incoming calls and queries from customers, emphasizing quality of the call and courtesy to the customer.
Sales Executive Requirements:
- Sales or Contact Centre experience essential.
- Not shy in picking up the phone and speaking to customers.
- An excellent eye for detail, with good written communication skills, spelling, grammar & punctuation.
- Great listening skills.
- Positive and helpful attitude.

Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch), Friday 8am - 4.30pm (30 minute lunch)
