We are currently recruiting on behalf of the UK’s leading media business for the logistics sector. You will be officed based at their headquarters in Bristol and you will work in a high-energy environment.
They are going through a period of sustained growth so are looking to strengthen their team by hiring a number of Telesales Executives to learn, develop and grow their career within sales.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for selling services which include print media, in person and digital events and their exciting membership options.
- You will be making 50-60 calls per day and looking at booking appointments to follow up on.
- Engage with prospect organisations through strategic, value-based selling techniques
- Manage the full sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales
- Pipeline and territory strategy development; engage in prospecting activity to drive pipeline creation
- Position solutions and articulate their value based upon customer’s strategy and direction
- Provide strong domain and vertical expertise to help develop solutions that promote long-term engagement
- Articulate our value proposition to ensure the business impact of the solution is understood by our prospect/client
- You will receive on-going training from media, sales and industry experts.
- You will be set fair and clear targets and have access to companies you can pitch. You will also be targeted to booking appointments for the External Sales Team.
Skills and Experience:
- B2B Telesales Experience essential.
- A proven track record of hitting targets and KPI’s
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
