Lucid Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based in Cardiff who is seeking a UX Web & App Designer.
 
Roles and responsibilities
  • Designing, prototyping and testing customer journeys and interactions
  • Optimising existing UX by proposing, prototyping and testing changes
  • Designing and testing landing pages to maximise conversion 
  • Scoping, designing and wireframing/ prototyping new journeys or optimising existing journeys
  • Collaborate effectively with the Marketing team and wider business, confidently communicating ideas and presenting clearly to peers and the SMT
  • Working within brand guidelines
  • Working closely with the CX specialist to conduct user research and and test prototypes, iterating designs to optimise the customer experience
Requirements 
  • Experience and success working in a similar role where you've been immersed in all areas of UX and visual design
  • A genuine passion for creating industry-leading, user-centered designs
  • Extensive experience in journey development, wireframing, user research, prototyping and testing
  • Good background with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Experience using A/ B or MVT tools e.g. Google Optimise
  • Good time management to ensure project delivery
